All website content is held in a secure, password protected database, and accessed solely by authorised personnel. Cancellations and Returns Customers have a right to cancel their order from the date of the contract and up to 7 working days, starting from the day after they receive the goods. Money received will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation. The consumer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Deliveries Except for items that are advance orders, goods will be delivered within 30 days, although usually much sooner. If this proves for whatever reason not to be possible, the customer will be informed immediately, and offered a full refund.
